Bihar Forest Range Officer Recruitment 2026 Selection Process & Exam Pattern

  • Written Examination (Objective Type):
    • Paper 1 (General Hindi): 50 Questions | 100 Marks | Duration: 1 Hour. (Qualifying nature, minimum 30% marks required. Negative marking: 0.2 marks per wrong answer).
    • Paper 2 (General Studies): 100 Questions | 300 Marks | Duration: 2 Hours. (Subjects: Science, History, Geography, Maths & Mental Ability. Negative marking: 0.3 marks per wrong answer).
  • Interview (साक्षात्कार): 50 Marks. Final merit list will be prepared based on Written Exam Paper 2 + Interview marks.
  • Physical Endurance Test: Walking test qualification is mandatory.
  • Medical Examination: Candidates must be physically and mentally fit. One-eyed candidates are not eligible.
